Andy Sands, Chief Executive Officer of The Orden Company, oversees all facets of the business. He is a seasoned real estate investor and executive corporate leader. Prior to joining Orden, Andy was the Managing Partner and Chief Real Estate Officer of Carmel Partners, Managing Director at Lowe Enterprises Investors, Founder of investment firm, Brooktree Realty Investors, and Managing Principal at ING Realty Partners and its successor, Concert Realty Partners. Andy has an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Business at UCLA, and a BA in Economics and History from Stanford University.

As the Chief Operating Officer for the Orden Company, Greg leads all real estate activities including acquisitions, development, leasing, and property management functions. Greg has extensive transactional and operational experience, having previously been Senior Vice President of Investments for Bridge Industrial and of IDS Real Estate Group. A lifelong Californian, he has a BS in Public Policy & Development from the Price School at USC.

Kenape Lesa is the Chief Financial Officer of The Orden Company, where he leads finance, accounting, tax planning, financial strategy, information technology, and investment management. Since joining in 2019, he has progressed through key leadership roles, spearheading initiatives that strengthen financial performance and drive long-term growth. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, earning his CPA accreditation and gaining broad experience across industries including financial services, technology, entertainment, and real estate. He later worked at Pacific Life Insurance, where he deepened his expertise in private equity and foreign investments. He holds both a master’s degree in Tax and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Metro oversees our portfolio of convenience stores, gas stations and billboard properties as well as our environmental affairs company. Prior to joining Orden, he spent 30+ years with major oil companies throughout the United States and Europe serving in executive roles in all aspects of wholesale, retail and commodity marketing. He received his BS degree in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University and did his MBA studies at Seattle University.

Matthew H. Kagan is General Counsel for The Orden Company and responsible for managing the Company’s legal affairs. In such capacity Mr. Kagan focuses significant efforts on the negotiating and drafting of contracts and addressing the Company’s compliance and risk management needs. He has broad experience handling commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to joining The Orden Company, Mr. Kagan practiced real estate, business and insurance law handling transactional and litigation work at a national law firm and served as Associate General Counsel for real estate developer Shapell Industries. He earned his J.D. degree from Santa Clara University and his B. S. degree in Business Administration from Chapman University.
